This oil has captured the best qualities of sage without the woodsy, resinous and almost chemical like tasting flavor that an essential oil (flavor) would typically have. Perfect with poultry, pork or lamb. Spectacular drizzled over sautéed vegetables, mind-blowing with roasted potatoes.
