Detoxing is the process of removing toxins from the body. There are many different ways to detox, but a 5-day detox meal plan is one of the easiest and most effective methods.
Not only will we demonstrate 5 simple meals to use During your detox to show that it can taste delicious while eating healthy but we We will also discuss:
- why do I need to detox
- which foods are best in the detox process and why there needs to be a strategy of certain foods combined to work together to detox
- What foods to avoid during the detox
- 5 day meal plan with recipes to prepare you for your detox
- Post detox plan
We are keeping the classes small to allow for more dialogue / interactions and will repeat the same class three days in a row to allow for more folks to sign up.
