Made with White Grape Must in Modena, Italy, our White Peach Balsamic a crisp, fruity balsamic vinegar with a touch of sweetness and balanced acidity. It’s extremely adaptable and can be paired with any of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils, as well as our flavored oils to make a light, tart vinaigrette.

Use to marinate, pork, poultry, in mixed drinks, or add a splash to your sparkling water for a delightful, refreshing beverage.
