I learned that many mainstream Italian Dressings do not state they are Gluten-Free because they're manufactured in facilities containing Gluten. Not all of them are this way, but the ones in my local grocery stores were. So, instead of risking potential cross-contamination, I created my own blend, carefully crafted with all-natural ingredients and safely stored in a mason jar in my spice cabinet. \n\nComing from a proud lineage of Italians on my Father's side, I will admit I felt a lot of pressure while creating this blend. My Italian Father grew up in the Bronx, eating a multi-course Italian meal every Sunday. We continued that tradition in our home, and I knew my seasoning had to meet my parents' standards.\n\nAfter years of refining the blend, I am so proud to announce that I have created an Italian Seasoning that my family loves, and I'm excited to share it with you!
