Bottle Refill Policy

Bring OUR bottles back in COMPLETELY CLEAN and DRY and get $1 OFF each bottle refilled!

Please follow the instructions below to ensure your bottles have been cleaned properly.

***If your bottles do not meet these requirements, you will not be able to get them refilled or receive discount. ***

1. FULLY REMOVE SEAL AND CORK and dispose of them. If you have pour spouts or tapis, remove those and clean as you wish. Do not replace corks, spouts, or tapis in bottles once they are cleaned before bringing them in to get refilled.
2. CLEAN: A dishwasher (top rack) is the preferred method of cleaning for the bottles. If you do not have a dishwasher, a bottle brush and a few drops of dish soap and HOT water will do; make sure to thoroughly rinse afterward.
3. DRY: You can leave bottles out upside down for a day or two until all water has drained out, making sure there is no residual moisture left on the bottles. Sunny window helps, too.

*** WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REFILLS ON ANY BOTTLES WE FIND ARE NOT CLEANED PROPERLY TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS. You will not receive a discount for exchanging bottles, only refilling them. If you wish to dispose of/or recycle the bottles, you must do that on your own, as we cannot reuse or recycle them ourselves. Thank you for your cooperation in this process!
